How much does it cost to get a vending machine?
Nothing. No cost, no contract, no hidden fees. We provide the machine, handle installation, and take care of everything — at zero cost to your location.
How long does setup take?
Typically 4–6 weeks from approval to first fill. This includes ordering the machine, scheduling delivery, and completing installation. We handle everything so you don't have to.
What products will be in the machine?
We customize every machine to fit your location. Most machines feature a 60/40 ratio of healthy to traditional snacks and beverages. Have specific requests? We're happy to adjust the selection to meet your team's preferences.
How often are machines restocked?
We monitor inventory remotely and restock before you run out. You won't need to track it or remind us — our system keeps us ahead of it.
What payment methods are accepted?
Cash, credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and the Monyx loyalty app. We never charge surcharges for card transactions.
What if the machine has an issue?
Every machine displays a contact code. Reach out through that and we respond within 24 hours. Our remote monitoring system also catches most issues automatically before anyone notices.
Do you offer ADA compliant machines?
Yes. ADA compliant machines are available upon request. Let us know your requirements when submitting a location request and we'll match you with the right machine.
